Shipping Within the United States
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service within 72 hours of placement.  NH Knitting Mama will only ship to the single address that is listed on the order.  In the event that you are placing an order and wish for part of it to be shipped to another address, a separate order must be placed.  Your order will be shipped using the selection you made at checkout. 

U.S. Shipping charges are as follows:
$00.00 - $35.00   = $4.95
$35.01 - $45.00   = $5.95
$45.01 - $65.00   = $6.95
$65.01 - $85.00   = $7.95
$85.01 - $125.00 = $8.95
$125.01 - $150.00 = $9.95
$150.01 - $175.00 = $10.95
$175.01 - $200.00 = $11.95
$200.01 - $225.00 = $12.95
$225.01 - $250.00 = $13.95
$250.01 - $500.00 = $25.00

Orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail service.  If you wish to have any of the special services added (insurance, delivery confirmation, etc.), please put a note on your order and you will be billed for the additional service.  See link for available special services.  http://www.usps.com/prices/extra-services-prices.htm

In the event of a free shipping offer, the value of your order is considered after all discounts/coupons are applied. 

NH Knitting Mama reserves the right to ship USPS First Class mail during a "Free Shipping" offer.

If  you would like to order something from the site but you are in the area and would like to pick it up, please contact me prior to placing the order so I can give you a discount code on the shipping charges.

Shipping Outside the United States
Our international customers can enjoy the same policy as our U.S. customers.  International shipping options will be available during the check out process, and prices are below.

International (Outside the U.S.) Shipping charges are as follows:

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send a message through the "Contact Me" page.  Returns will not be accepted unless prior notice is received and acknowledged by NH Knitting Mama via email. 

If you would like to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days of when shipped - IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. There must be no odor (pet, mold, tobacco, etc.) to the item when we receive it back.

No shipping charges will be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.  In the event of sending merchandise back, it is suggested to use Priority Mail with a tracking number and insurance.   NH Knitting Mama cannot be held responsible for merchandise lost in shipping.

If you you qualified for a free shipping offer on your original order, and you are returning something which causes that order to fall below the amount to get free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds will not be given on patterns, needles, books, or gift certificates.

A Note About Our Yarns
NH Knitting Mama yarns are dyed in a home studio.  A cat and dog are family members, but they are not allowed in the studio, or anywhere near the yarns.  However, if you have allergies and are concerned about having a reaction, please don't take the chance.  NH Knitting Mama cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions. 

The process we use for dyeing our yarn varies, therefore many are unable to be reproduced.  If you see something you like, please pick it up when you see it, as it may not be produced again.
